Computer repair and tutorial video's
Most electronic devices have what they call a lifecycle. This lifecycle begins when a product is released, and ends when it's no longer supported, so its hard to really know where to begin with support video's. Since Windows XP and VISTA are now no longer supported we have decided to begin with Windows 7 and work our way up to Windows 10, we will include android and apple product video's too, but as we are extremely busy with helping our loyal customers we will add more video's when we can. Please check back every now and then to see new video's to fix all sort's of computer problems.
Below shows each version of Windows and when they will no longer be supported.

Extended support means that Microsoft will still "roll out" updates for security patches and fixes, but they will no longer enhance or modify the product from it's current design.
Formatting easy right just open MY COMPUTER or THIS PC and right click on the drive you wish to format, but did you know you dont have to delete everything of the drive if you need to convert to NTFS. Heres how....
How to perform a disk defragmentation
Running an application as administrator
After awhile of using your computer all the bits a pieces that make up your file or files get scattered all over the place. When the computer tries to load the scattered pieces, the HDD's arm has to move all over the surface and it takes forever. The idea behind the disk defragmentation is to move all the files around so that every file is stored on sequential sectors on sequential rings of the disk.
By executing an application with 'run as administrator, you are notifying the system that your application is safe and doing something that needs elevated privileges.
Diskpart is a very useful tool and comes with Windows by default. Unfortunately it is command based, and can be intimidating. This video will give you a quick demonstration on how to correct a USB or HDD safely. NOTE: this will FORMAT/ERASE ALL data on the drive be sure to be confident on the drive you select.
Disk clean up is a tool that can clean old Windows updates, your recycle bin, temporary files and much much more. This will allow you to re-grain space from your hard drives.
Optimizing Windows can help to decrease the time that it takes for Windows to boot up if you have applications starting when Windows start like steam, Dropbox and other applications this can slow your PC's boot time significantly.
